Roasted Butternut Squash Pasta Recipe

Influenced by Charlie XCX's acclaimed album Brat, the vibes are all about manic energy, last night's glitter, and integrating that trademark hue of brilliant lime green wherever possible.

Enter the Brat Sour. Did I make this up just to enjoy the viral moment? Absolutely. Melon liqueur, coconut water, and a splash of lime juice combine to create a flavor that is reminiscent of a Midori sour and a coconut spritz.

INGREDIENTS: Ice 2 1/2 oz. Midori melon liqueur 1 oz. coconut water 1 oz. fresh lime juice 1 oz. vodka 3 oz. seltzer Lime wheel, coconut shavings, honeydew melon balls (optional), and/or a maraschino cherry (optional), for serving

Step 1: Fill a Collins glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, mix Midori, coconut water, lime juice, and vodka.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 2: Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker is very frosty.

Step 3: Strain into the prepared glass. Top off with seltzer. 

Step 4: Garnish with a lime wheel and coconut shavings. Garnish with melon balls and a cherry (if using).
